KONKRET: a trilingual platform for SAKALA

SAKALA, a community organization in Cité Soleil, runs youth programs, a cooperative workshop, and a diaspora sponsorship campaign. All of it was living in a Facebook page and a personal inbox. Three audiences reading three different languages, and nothing to send any of them.

We built the whole platform: design system, 72 pages across English, French, and Kreyòl, program and campus sections, registration and partner intake forms, donation routing, and the sweep scripts that let one person update the nav on every page with one command.

It runs at konkret-haiti.com on SAKALA's domain, and SAKALA owns the source. No CMS subscription, no agency retainer, no call to us required to change a phone number.

A public research and reporting archive

Research that sits on a hard drive is not research anybody can use. Over the past year we've published the reporting archive as a browsable, linkable public library... funding analyses, sector studies, forensic overlays, coalition briefs, data profiles, and engagement portfolios.

Each one is built as a standalone HTML document that opens on a phone, prints to PDF cleanly, and can be sent as a single link. That format is what we build client reporting in too.

A working data pipeline for Haiti questions

Most Haiti research starts by spending two weeks finding the data. We got tired of that and built the pipeline instead: five live sources wired into one local database with caching, so an economic baseline, an ownership search, a sanctions screen, or a displacement figure takes minutes.

It runs behind the Data & Research line, which is why a counterparty check or a country comparison is a two-week engagement instead of a two-month one.

Structuring a 50,000-household electrification deployment

A solar deployment aimed at 50,000 household connections was stalled on three questions that had nothing to do with solar: is the local implementing partner clean, how does foreign capital reach them without tripping a designation problem, and does the unit economics survive contact with Haitian household income.

We ran the partner diligence, modeled the unit economics, and designed the capital routing structure that unblocked it.

Partner determination: clean. Funding history, board, network, and adjacent-entity sanctions exposure all checked.

Campaign, program, and initiative sites

Not every build is a 72-page platform. A summer campaign needs four pages and a sponsor intake form live in two weeks. A new initiative needs a 23-page site that makes it look like it exists. A cooperative venture needs something a partner can be sent.

Same design system, same handover, scaled to the job. Every one of these shipped and every one of them is still up.
